I keep coming back to Villa 93 when I come back to Paris. The venue is really nice and when the weather is good you can sit outside. The food is excellent, traditional French food well served. The food gras is amazing, the cheese plate is out of this world, the rhum cake comes along three bottles of rhum fo choose from for you to create the perfect combination!Ask the sommelier for recommendation. He will surprise you with great wines you might not think about ordering. He knows his wines and he is passionate about them.

Very disappointed. We arrived at noon for a 6 course meal and left at 4pm in the afternoon. We were very frustrated with how long the meal took. The waiter explained to us that he had forgotten to tell the kitchen to prepare our dessert.Cuisine was not up to Michelin star standard, nor was the service. Since we stayed for 4 hours we ended up ordering 4 bottles of sparkling water for our table of 7 along with the wine pairing. The waiter also spilled water on the table and drops of sauce, it would have been nice for them to apologize for the wait but no apologies were given. The sparkling water should have been offered in my opinion…Unfortunately, this dining experience was a waste of time and money. We had been there last year and had a delicious meal but this no longer the case. The atmosphere is nice, but there is a severe lack of training for the service (the waiter had squeaky shoes and I could hear them throughout the entire meal). The dishes need a spark to deserve a Michelin star and unfortunately they fell flat. The dessert was most disappointing…the ganache was very dense and heavy, I did not finish the dessert.Very disappointed and I hope they improve for their future guest.

Seemed like a very local restaurant on the outskirts of the city. For the price and for a one Michelin star restaurant, highly recommend making the trip! Everything was delicious!

I like the tasting menu, it tried to cover certain types of food through the menu. The food service speed is average, not too slow, not too fast, about 90 minutes without wine. I also think it is good value with 90 euro for 6 courses. I am not familiar with the neighborhood, but seems a rough location. But it does have parking lot at its backyard. The highlight is the chocalate dessert, the duck we had in our dinner was too rough (with too many strings inside the meat). The waiter and waitress asked "do you like the dish" each time to clean the table.

The food and service are still excellent, but if I had known the price of the aperitifs, we wouldn't have taken it. Phew!

Very good menu and quick service makes this restaurant a great choice for lunch. Their homemade miso butter is the star, you can enjoy it from beginning to end as it is amazing. The entree, main courses were great, they could certainly use some improvement but we were pleasantly surprised by what they brought to the table. The dessert was not to our taste unfortunately, it was full chocolate and we were not a fan of dark chocolate on a full course lunch menu, too heavy and bitter while having some freshness would be more appreciated. We are very grateful to the staff for their attention and the free parking on site.

A Michelin-Starred Delight: Exceptional Cuisine and Impeccable ServiceAs a discerning food connoisseur, I had the pleasure of dining at this Michelin-starred fine establishment, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of exquisite, with each dish showcasing the chefs' mastery of culinary artistry. The meal began with an impressive array of six appetizers, each one more delectable than the last. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was simply stunning. The attention to detail in the plating was truly remarkable. The main courses were equally impressive. The flavors were refined and elegant, with each ingredient expertly prepared to bring out its full potential. The portion sizes were just right, allowing me to savor every bite without feeling overwhelmed. But the true standout of this dining experience was the impeccable service. The waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They guided me through the courses with charm and professionalism, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was exceptional. The ambiance was equally impressive, with a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the culinary delights. The restaurant's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the meticulously set tables to the well-appointed facilities. At a price of 88 euros per course, this restaurant may seem steep, but I can assure you that the quality of the food and the level of service more than justify the cost. In fact, I would argue that it is a remarkable value, considering the Michelin-star status and the overall dining experience. In conclusion, this Michelin-starred fine dining establishment is a true gem. If you're in the area and seeking a culinary adventure that will leave you feeling satisfied and thoroughly impressed, I highly recommend making a reservation. It's an experience you won't soon forget.

All thé dishes we tried were excellent, generous with remarquable associations and original. We enjoyed very much the cooking. The service was attentionate and professional. Nice atmosphere in a cosy little room close to the bar.

A tasting menu with 4 courses is more than enough for 1 person to eat cuz they are very generous by proving a lot of small dishes hors menu (ex. amuse bouche, pré-entrée, pré-dessert, après-dessert) . I don’t like the taste of pré-entrée and entrée that night, it will be better with some adjustments. But the main courses were outstanding. The only drawback is the intern waiter that night, he can’t explain very well the menu and spoke quickly and unclearly with strong accent which was hard to understand.

First time in this restaurant Friday night. We were 3, arrived at 9pm and ordered the 4 plates menu with 3 wine pairing. Was delicious and service was impecable. Will definitely go back. Price was 110 euros per person, which is very correct for a 1 michelin star restaurant.

It was my husband birthday so I booked this michelin 1 star restaurant. We ordered 4 course meals however actually they provided more courses with surprise dishes. Every each bites and courses were amazing. So pretty presented and could feel the chef cooked each dish with care and love. They were perfect 🥰Plus service was much better than other restaurants. Felt like we were very important customers for them.My husband was super impressed and it made me extra happy for his special birthday fine dining.Thank you for everything. Sure we will visit again. 😊Ps. Thanks for not charging for the wine. (They forgot to charge and when I run back to restaurant to pay more they refused due to their mistake and said thank for my honest and the wine we drank is on the restaurant. It was so nice and touching. Wish your business goes better. You all deserve it ❤️

Absolutely incredible dining experience. Each course was a masterpiece that surprised and delighted us. The staff went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic dinner with a large group at Villa9Trois. The flavor menu was amazing and the dishes were very well thought out. A few of us did the wine pairing and while the wines were good, we probably wouldn’t do it again; the pours were conservative and the wines themselves didn’t necessarily pair very well with the courses. Overall would definitely recommend because of the value and excellent food and service.

An absolute hidden gem and a wonderful experience. A little bit off the beaten path in Paris if you're visiting but it is a welcome break from the business in the middle of the city.My partner and I came for lunch and we both ordered the 4-course tasting menu. The food was superb, everything presented beautifully, and the price was quite reasonable. I had the wine pairing as well and everything went well together. The service was by far the most memorable part of the visit and we felt very looked after throughout our meal. To the waiter who served us that day, we are the couple from Indonesia and Malaysia and I'm very sorry we didn't catch your name but please do know that we had an extremely lovely time. Will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our lunch a lot as well as the service. Our waiter Gabriel was very attentive.

The service would be 5/5, but it is 4 due to lack of english vocabulary to precisely describe the dishes. Deserts were perfect, wine was great. Starters and main courses were slightly disappointing, sauces were a bit similiar to each other and in our opinion some a bit buttery. The level of fish being cooked was different on each plate (there were 4 of us), the dish with chicken was definitely not star worthy, tbh it wasnt even good. Overall experience was good, we had a good time there and we received some additional info we asked for. If i compare to fine dining in north Italy or Poland i was missing some break of taste in some dishes (eventhough each was small, it was getting boring before you finish). I recommend, but imo there is a room for improvement.

I recently dined at Villa 9 Trois and had a mixed experience. The food overall was tasty, with the lobster and sea bass being particularly delicious, each offering a distinct and delightful flavor. However, there were a few disappointments. Despite informing the waiter of our dietary restrictions, I ended up with a dish that was raw, which I could not eat. Additionally, the options for starters were quite limited, which led to this unfortunate choice. On a positive note, the meal ended on a high with a unique sorbet served with pesto. It was a surprising and delightful combination that I've never tasted before and thoroughly enjoyed .

If you can afford it, the food is outstanding and very elaborate. The sommelier was of good counsel and the wine excellent. The service was top notch and even if outside of the restaurant parcel, this isn't the most glamourous area, the restaurant's garden is extremely pleasant.

Beautiful tasting menu for lunch today. We enjoyed every dish--can barely choose a favorite! Service was impeccable. Such a delight to find this spot nestled into Montreuil. Must come back to experience the terrace in the warmer months!

It is an amazing culinary experience. Food is great, staff is super atentattive and preoccupied to give customers the best experience possible. Only thing that needs improvement is the climatization of the dining rooms. It was super hot initially and there was just a simple vent that couldn't cool the room enough. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to go there again.

The bread and a couple of plates were absolutely incredible, the dashi marinated eggplant with green pepper sauce, and the first dessert, a sweet pesto with a citrus ice cream. Other plates were missing something though. The fish and meat main dishes were a bit bland, and the last dessert was way too sweet. The wine was good, but we were missing a bit of information about it, with seemingly no sommelier to explain the pairings. It was a bit too hot for comfort in the seating area, but apart from that it was calm and service was on point.A welcome experience overall but I would probably advise the least expensive dégustation menu, and to come when the weather allows you to eat outside.

We recently experienced a wonderful dinner at this establishment. My partner and I enjoyed almost every meal. The three starters and the sea bass appetizer were the best dishes for me as the flavours really set the tone.My partner found the trout and caviar on the saltier side, while I personally thought it was delicious. The duck was a little too tough to chew on some parts but the flavours were excellent. We found the desserts, especially the dark chocolate, a little bit too rich and heavy on the palate. However the sorbets tasted delicious.I would also like to extend my thanks to the service staff. They were very attentive and detailed with their explanations of each dish, understandably English isn’t their first language and there were some difficult moments when trying to comprehend, but their service was above and beyond. Truly spectacular.
